Varietal: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay.
Taste: A beautiful pale rose color with tiny bubbles in the glass offers up aromas of tangerine, red plums, cherries and spices. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and a pinpoint mousse. It concludes with a chalky dry with lingering red fruit flavors. An elegant Champagne.
