Description
Varietal(s): Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay
Taste: Fresh and delicate on the nose, with a bouquet of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and red currant, along with hints of citrus and floral notes, including rose and peony. As the wine opens up, it reveals more complex aromas of brioche, vanilla, and hazelnut. On the medium-bodied palate, crisp and refreshing effervescence enhances the flavors. Showing a well-balanced acidity, the wine leads to a finish which is elegant and long-lasting, making it an excellent choice for a celebratory toast or a special occasion.
