Description

Varietal:  1/3 Chardonnay and 2/3 Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 33% of the vins clairs barrel-fermented. Fruit from Cumières, one of the most biodynamic vineyards in all of Champagne. All varietals harvested and fermented together. Winemaker: Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon

Taste: The wine delivers very intense and creamy fruit aromas to the nose that combine the vinosity and structure of Pinot Noir with the ripeness of Pinot Meunier and the floral finesse and freshness of Chardonnay. The palate (with an elegant mousse) has a piercing burst of lemon and grapefruit flavor on the front and builds into patissière and more savory flavors through the middle. Holds on to the bright zesty acidity through the dry mineral-driven finish.
