Champagne Pierre Gerbais "Grains de Celles" Extra Brut NV
Varietal: 50% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Blanc. Indigenous yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged on fine lees. Cellared for 30 months with organic yeast sur lattes. Extra Brut dosage.
Taste: The wine opens with intense fruit, an aromatic floral nose, and some hints of tasty stone fruit. Brioche aromas are also evident. Full-bodied, creamy and round on the palate, but also pure and very elegant, this is a bone dry Champagne. Good intensity and character in the finish.
