Description
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon from 50 year old vines in the craggy hillsides of Pic Saint-Loup within the Languedoc. Soil is composed of clay, limestone, and marl.
Taste: Dry and structured with big juicy red fruit on the nose along with wild flowers and earthy notes. Herbacious flavors with hints of tobacco round off the palate. Long finish with silky tannins.
