Description
Varietal: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Cabernet Franc and 9% Merlot. Matured in 80% new oak for 20 months.
Taste: An elegant and complex nose of blackberries, blueberries and herbal spice notes with dark-chocolate and earthy undertones. Violets, flowers and graphite are also found. It is full-bodied with firm layered tannins, and crushed-stone. Very complex, muscular and formed.
