Description
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon
Taste: The nose shows layers of black and blue fruit aromas with hints of leather and spices. Sitting big, tall, and proud on the palate, but far from over-the-top, lending itself to a relaxed finish with friendly tannin and acidity. By starting with grapes of exceptional quality and having the freedom to blend grapes from different parts of California, they didn’t need to do much in the cellar. Turns out when you use good grapes it’s easy to make good wines.
