Description
Varietal: Marsanne from 80 year old vineyards. Lutte Raisonnée. Pressed and fermented in Burgundian barrels.
Taste: Brilliant yellow in the glass. Mineral-accented aromas of dried pear, lemon pith, white peach and honey that is given spicy lift by a ginger note. Sharply focused on the palate, offering concentrated orchard and pit fruit flavors and hints of honeysuckle. The mineral note continues within the long finish.
