Description
Varietal: 40% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 10% Carignan, 5% Syrah, 5% Alicante Bouchet. 50% of wine ages for 6 months in foudres, 50% in stainless steel tank. Certified organic.
Taste: Clean, medium intensity with aromas of black licorice, crushed stones, red tea, and underbrush. Young and dry with medium tannins and flavors of black currants, leather, earth, and soft bay leaves. Drink now or hold for 1 to 3 years.
