Description

Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir.  Natural indigenous fermentations – both primary and secondary. French Burgundy barrels with no fining or filtration.
 
Taste: Medium ruby color with a complex and earthy red fruit nose. Rich aromas of red raspberry, blueberry, and wild anise. Firm and slightly tannic on the palate, the flavors are concentrated, intense and totally youthful.
