Description
Varietal: 100% Gamay. Traditional, whole cluster fermentation lasts from 3-4 weeks. Aged for 6-9 months in used Burgundy oak barrels.
Taste: Dark ruby in the glass that is gorgeously perfumed with dark fruits and hints of cedar & walnuts. Perfectly balanced by acidity, mineral notes, ultra-refined oak and a spicy, exotic finish. Conveys a suave blend of richness and energy with harmonious tannins and resonating floral notes.
