Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay from Mâcon-Villages. 100% biodynamic farming. Average vine age is 28 years. Fermentation in stainless-steel tanks using indigenous yeast. Aged 16 months in stainless steel.
Taste: Significant citrus notes overlaping with green apple aromas. Good volume with delicious middle weight flavors that flash a touch of minerality. Bracing salinity on a clean and dry finish.
