Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir. Aged for 15-18 months in new French oak barrels. Certified organic since 2010.
Taste: Hints of wood and menthol surround the aromas of red cherry, earth and some forest floor undertones. The succulent, and more concentrated medium weight flavors possess a nice persistent finish that is structured with minerality.
