Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir the majority from Rambouillet Vineyard. Clones used: Dijon 115, Dijon 777, Dijon 828 & Pommard. Gently aged in French oak for 10 months and reserved for additional bottle aging before release.
Taste: Classic Dundee Hills nose of spicy, black pepper, tobacco, and red fruits. Mid-palate leads to red and black cherry, toasty oak, and baking spice flavors. Elegant and delicate with persistent soft tannins and seamless acidity from beginning to end.
