E. Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Rosé 2021
Description
Varietal: A blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah grapes, harvested from vineyards across the southern Rhône Valley. After a brief maceration period, the juice is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees for several weeks before bottling.
Taste: A pale pink color with hints of peach in the glass. On the nose, there are aromas of red berries and citrus fruits, with a subtle floral note. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp, with flavors of strawberries, raspberries, and a touch of minerality. The finish is long and satisfying, with a refreshing acidity that leaves a lingering impression. The wine has a light to medium body with moderate alcohol and a smooth and silky texture.
