Description

Varietal: 100% Trousseau made from estate-grown, certified-organic grapes and transformed to juice by wild yeast. Aged in neutral oak. Unfined and unfiltered with only minimal sulfur added before bottling.

Taste: The vividly red wine has aromas of dark berries, loam, and baking spices. Notes of red flowers and potpourri on the nose lead to faint touches of tar, prosciutto, and dusty earth. Acidity and smoothness are perfectly balanced on the palate with evolving flavors of herbs and fruits such as blackberry, pomegranate, and rhubarb. Light to medium-bodied, it's bright and fresh with light tannins and a long finish.
