Description
Varietal: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot. Vineyards sites in the southwest corner of Knights Valley. Aged for 22 Months in 80% new French oak.
Taste: Blackberries, blueberry compote, cassis and an ethereal concoction of violets and rose petal lift gracefully from the glass. The palate delivers dark, concentrated fruit flavors that are perfectly balanced with savory elements of dried tobacco leaf, black olive, and wood spice.
