Varietal: 100% Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 20 months on 80% new French oak.
Taste: Notes of vanilla, black cherry, roasted meats and sweet oak on the nose. The Rookie is nicely structured with flavors of dark fruits, licorice, herbs, and savory notes. Rich ripeness and a mouthwatering finish that lingers with leather & tobacco.
