Varietal: 55% Tannat, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 30% Cabernet Franc. Matured for 24 months before release (16 of which are in used French oak barriques), the aim is to gently micro-oxygenate the wine via the wood.

Taste: Dark red color in the glass and with an inviting nose of dark cherry and exotic spices. The palate is full of dark fruits, blackcurrants, savory notes & green herbs. Good grippy tannins lend a great backbone with well integrated wood on the finish.
