The Girardin family in Burgundy dates to 1570. Farmers for 13 generations, but only started winemaking at the end of WWII. Justin now at the helm continues to seek the best quality possible and allows each wine to be the purest expression of its terroir.

Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay from 25 year old vines. Aged for 12 months in half French oak barrels and half in tanks. No new oak. Origin of wood: Allier, Vosges Bertranges.
Taste: Brilliant in color while in the glass with a pleasant nose with fruity notes. Round mouth with the beautiful typical volume of Chardonnay.
