Varietal: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in 33% new French and American oak for 20 months.
Taste: Aromas of stewed plums, dark cherries, dried thyme, black olives, charred wood, and savory spices. Dark cherry, plum, grilled herbs, mocha, spice and licorice are all front and center on the palate. Nice density and length on this classic Napa Valley Cabernet.
