Description
Varietal: 40% Boschera, 40% Verdiso, 20% Glera. Spontaneous fermentation via native yeast. Pied de cuve for secondary fermentation in tank.
Taste: Gentle effervescent with lots of yeast-derived notes accentuating the bright fruit. In the glass, it shines a silvery straw-gold and sends up aromas of yellow apple, pear, white peach, acacia flowers, fresh cream, pepper, cut hay, and wet stones. Classy, elegant, mineral driven Prosecco. Brut dry and light (11.5% ABV) on the finish.
