Description
Varietal: 100% Aglianico from Montemarano, and Mirabella Eclano vineyards. Long maceration on the skins (about 25 days) at a controlled temperature (22°C-24°C). Aging in French oak barriques and Slavonian oak barrels for about 24 months and at least 24 months in the bottle.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red in the glass that offers a large, complex, intense and rich bouquet of cherries, violets, small red fruits and a peculiar spicy aroma. Enveloping and elegant in the mouth with plum, black cherry, strawberries and intense spicy sensations.
