Description
Varietal: Mostly Grenache with complementing Cinsault, Counoise, Mourvedre, and Syrah. Whole cluster maceration. Aged for 18 months without any racking. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering.
Taste: The palate and aromas of this wine are dominated by red fruits (cherry, raspberry, and red currants) while also providing a very smooth texture with well integrated tannins.
