Description
Varietal: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes are from a Sonoma Mountain site farmed organically and the wine fermented in stainless-steel to preserve its crisp character.
Taste: Yellow hay colored in the glass with fresh aromas of sliced stone fruit, tropical fruit with a hint of jasmine and a herbal undercurrent with some earthiness. Medium-bodied, fresh and bright on the palate with a pleasant, steady approach that lingers via wet stone notes on the finish.
