Description
Varietal: This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Chêne Marchand vineyard in the Sancerre appellation of the Loire Valley. The vines are planted in calcareous clay soils, and the wine is aged on its lees for several months to develop its complexity.
Taste: This Sancerre Blanc has a pale yellow color with green hues. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of grapefruit, white peach, and lemon zest, with subtle hints of mineral and grassy notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with a bright acidity that perfectly balances the flavors of citrus and stone fruit. The wine has a long, elegant finish with a touch of salinity that lingers on the palate.
