Description
Varietal: Made with 100% Riesling grapes, Trisaetum "Coast Range Estate" Yamhill-Carlton Riesling 2021 is hand-harvested and fermented in stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. It is then aged on its lees for six months to add texture and complexity.
Taste: Bright, pale yellow color in the glass. On the nose, it has aromas of lemon zest, white peach, and minerality. On the palate, it is lively and bright, with flavors of green apple, lime, and wet stone. The wine has a medium body, high acidity, and a long, crisp finish.
