Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay from 35 year old vines. Fermentation performed in neutral French oak 500 liter barrels. Bottling is done according to the lunar calendar.
Taste: Bright straw color in the glass with aromas of white flowers, honey, and citrus. Textured mouthfeel with nuances of cream and dried fruit. The touch of acidity carries through to the finish.
