Description

Varietal: 60% Garnacha and 40% Samsó (Carignan) from organically-farmed vineyards planted on various types of slate. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then aged for 6 months 225 L and 500 L French oak barrels, some of which are new and 2-years old.

Taste: Intense red with purple tones in the glass. The nose bursts full of flowers and fruits sensations and Mediterranean forest aromas. It is lively on the palate and expresses citrus flavors and memories of summer stone fruit, such as peach and apricot. Long vibrant finish.
