This white blend is a new addition to the Day Wines' portfolio. A bright & springy, textural white wine which uses Chardonnay as the base and amplifies it through complementary varieties of Chenin Blanc & Sauvignon Blanc. Winemaker: Brianne Day

Description
Varietal: Blend of Chardonnay (61%), Sauvignon Blanc (21%), and Chenin Blanc (18%). All fruit was direct pressed and cold settled for 24 hours before being racked to 5 year old French oak barrels for spontaneous primary and malolactic fermentation.
Taste: Rich aromas such as pineapple ice cream and white peach slowly give way to notes of lemon verbena and green tea. Secondary notes of juicy mango, cut lawn, white blossoms, panna cotta, and river stones is also evident. The white peaches are back on the palate, only in tart form with a touch of nutmeg. Additional flavors include wet rocks and slightly tart star fruit.
