Description
Varietal: 100% Gamay. Cold carbonic fermentation for one week, and elevage of 5-6 months in concrete tanks.
Taste: Taste: A new Beaujolais in a classic style: fresh, light, and earthy. Light in color and body, it exudes earth and subtle red fruit, with an ever-so-slight evergreen tingle on the palate and gentle green-tea tannins.
