Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir from vines that are in their prime in terms of age and quality since they were planted in two sessions between 1965 and 1972. The grapes ripen very early and quick action is necessary to harvest before they spoil.
Taste: Aromas of wild raspberries, spices and savory notes. Medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered, with lively acids, beautifully refined tannins and a charming balanced profile. Sustained finish revealing hints of chocolate and candied orange peel.
