The 'Bourgogne Cote d'Or' appellation was only created in 2018, in order to distinguish this prolific part of Burgundy between Volnay and Pommard. The Parent family are twelfth generation Burgundian vignerons dedicated to producing elegant Pinot Noirs.

Varietal: Pinot Noir from certified organic 40 - 50 year old vines. Aged in neutral oak for 12 months.
Taste: Red fruit with a firm spine and mineral undertones. Delicate, yet savory. The rounded middle weight flavors possess freshness before concluding in a balanced finish.
