Varietal: 90% Gamay, 10% Poulsard. Crafted by using the méthode ancestrale, a rare technique that predates the méthode champenoise.
Taste: The resulting wine is delightfully refreshing with aromas of wild strawberry that come through with delicate notes of rose petals. With bright fruit, crisp acidity, a beautiful deep pink hue, and a tantalizing touch of sweetness.
