Description
Varietal: 97% Syrah, 3% Viognier. 30% whole bunch. Native yeasts. Aged 20 months in French oak barrels (20% new).
Taste: Full-bodied and velvety, without some of the high, floral notes evinced by individual parcels. The 2015 vintage offers densely packed black and blue fruit and spice cake flavors that stretch out as the wine opens up. Rich in texture with a long finish.
