Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir.
Taste: Subtle touch of oak sets off the moderately high-toned essence of wild red cherry, green tea and lavender on the nose. The medium weight flavors have a satisfying richness, all wrapped in a dusty and lingering finale. More depth will undoubtedly develop with additional cellaring.
