Description
Varietal: 100% Roter Veltliner from heavy and sandy loess in the Wagram region of Austria. Fermentation in 100% stainless steel tank.
Taste: The nose displays excellent fruit (think Golden Delicious apples) that is rich and spicy. It is ripe and concentrated on the palate, but also has verve and energy to counter the exotic notes. The long finish is pulled through with fine acidity and more supple citrus.
