Varietal: 100% Riesling, grown on steep quartzite soils.
Taste: On the nose, the wine offers aromas of citrus fruits, green apple, and mineral notes. On the palate, it is crisp and refreshing, with flavors of lemon, lime, and grapefruit, as well as a hint of stone fruit. The wine has a bright acidity and a long, elegant finish.
