Description
Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley supplemented by Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Graciano from premier vineyard sites in Paso Robles.
Taste: Offering violet, blue/black fruit, and a subtle hint of sweet oak on the nose this red blend hints at a freshly tilled earth. Dark fruit flavors and cassis on the palate are highlighted by top notes of Bing cherry and a touch of savory smoke. Great acidity and polished tannins also leave faint peppery herbs, and lead pencil notes.
