Description
Varietal: 100% Pinot Noir from Sancerre in the Loire Valley. Fermentations are by parcel in enameled steel vats with the finished wines left alone on their lees for as long as possible depending on the vintage.
Taste: In the glass a pink hue yields to notes of framboise, rose petal, and hints of orange blossom. Medium-bodied with an almost racy acidity that is balanced by minerality and floral notes on the palate.
