Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Vines dating back to 1988. Maturation in oak barrels with 25% new wood on the lees for 1 year with regular bâtonnage.
Taste: Brilliant appearance with shades of gold. Intoxicating notes of white flowers, honeysuckle and chamomile. This wine has much freshness and finesse, and a fluid body. The palate is full of white peach, lemon zest, apple and citrus. Mouthwatering acidity and a flinty, mineral driven edge gives the wine its balance and elegance. Refined and elegant with richness and good length.
