Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Gamay grapes grown on the slopes of the Brouilly appellation in Beaujolais. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo whole cluster fermentation with native yeasts. The wine is aged in oak barrels for several months to add complexity and depth.
