Description
Varietal: Made from 100% Gamay grapes grown in the Fleurie appellation of Beaujolais. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented using natural yeasts, with no added sulfur or chemicals. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 6-8 months before bottling.
Taste: In the glass, the wine displays a beautiful ruby color with aromas of red berries, floral notes, and a hint of spice. On the palate, flavors of cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant are complemented by a subtle mineral character and a silky tannin structure. The finish is long and smooth, with a touch of acidity that adds freshness to the wine.
