Jean-Luc Joillot Crémant De Bourgogne Brut - Half Bottle
Description
Varietal: Jean-Luc Joillot Crémant De Bourgogne Brut is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Aligoté grapes, grown in the heart of Burgundy. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted before undergoing a primary fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled for its secondary fermentation, where it undergoes the traditional méthode Champenoise. After aging on the lees for a minimum of 18 months, the wine is disgorged and aged for an additional six months before being released.
Taste: This crémant has a pale gold color with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is characterized by a bouquet of fresh fruit, including peach and pear, along with floral notes of white flowers. On the palate, the wine is delicate and refreshing, with a crisp acidity and a lively effervescence. The flavors of citrus, green apple, and honey are enhanced by a hint of minerality. The finish is long and satisfying, with a subtle hint of toasted brioche. This crémant is the perfect aperitif!
