Description
Varietal: 100% Aligoté. The grapes are grown in organic vineyards in the Burgundy region, which provides a cool and continental climate for Aligoté. The wine is made by direct pressing and cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on its lees for 10 months, with minimal intervention and filtration.
Taste: This Aligoté has a pale yellow color and a floral nose of white flowers, citrus and green apple. The palate is crisp and dry, with flavors of lemon, pear, almond and chalk. The finish is long and refreshing, with a touch of salinity.
