Varietal: Blaufränkischl. Hand-harvested and destemmed. 4 weeks maceration and vinified for 15 months in used oak.
Taste: The nose shows of ripe blackberry and strawberries. Underlined by spicy aromas of white pepper and Mediterranean herbs, moss and cloves. A taut structure supported by a bit of roasted aromas and minerality leads to a long balanced and animated finish.
