Lieu Dit Santa Ynez Valley Cabernet Franc 2021
Varietal: 100% Cabernet Franc that is fermented using native yeast. Once dry, the juice is racked and the whole clusters are pressed. The wine is transferred to neutral oak barrels for the winter. Once malolactic is complete, the wine is transferred to tank prior to bottling.
Taste: Red fruit prominent on the nose with the herbaceous notes typically associated with Cabernet Franc. Leather, earth, and raspberry create a background note that balances well with the acidity.
