Description
Varietal: This wine is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner organically grown grapes, with strict attention paid to preserving the natural balance of the vineyard. After a gentle pressing, the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts, then aged on the lees for several months to enhance the wine's richness and complexity.
Taste: In the glass, the Grüner Veltliner is a pale straw color with green highlights. Aromas of white flowers and citrus peel mingle with hints of ripe pear and a subtle herbal note. On the palate, the wine is crisp and lively, with flavors of green apple, lemon zest, and a distinctive mineral character. The finish is long and clean, leaving behind a refreshing sensation that makes this wine an excellent match for a wide range of foods.
