Description
Varietal: 100% Chardonnay. Fermented with native yeast in 4-5 year-old Burgundy barrels. The wines then age in the same barrels until the following August without racking and bâtonnage
Taste: White peach, tropical fruit notes and spice give it a rich character. Acid and mineral drive continue at the finish.
