Varietal: 100% Gamay. Fermented partially (30%) by carbonic (whole berry) maceration. Aged for 10 months on gross lees in 9 to 21-year-old French and Oregon Oak Barrels (228L)

Taste: Wild strawberry, mulling spice, lifted floral tones, and sweet juicy red fruit on the nose lead to a persistent freshness that is marked with a sharp acidity on the palate. Full bodied and fresh with a silky texture, and a gentle structure. Best if served cool, and is consumed over the next couple of years.
